Rebranding

Brief:

To create the overall branding and identity for a new property development and investment company. Marketing collateral includes: stationery and signage, annual report and accounts, quarterly newsletter, exhibitions and advertising.

Solution:

This is a young, progressive organisation with a unique background and a desire to do things "just a little differently". Moving away from what is often a staid, set in its ways industry, the solutions included a clean, clear and confident branding coupled with a range of material that was professional but that also adopted a sense of humour and an element of fun.

Results:

Collectively this programme of work has done much to position the business within the market place and has resulted in an understanding of Tilfen Land's work among a broad range of target audiences.
